What is CCMEP or the E.D.G.E. program?

Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) or in Morrow County we also refer to this program as the E.D.G.E (Every Day Guidance Experience) program, has been developed to help emerging workforce prepare for and find meaningful employment. 

What does CCMEP mean for Morrow County youth?

Designed to assist one of Ohio’s most vulnerable populations ages 14-24 (with a minor in the home), CCMEP provides employment and training services to eligible, low-income, individuals based on a comprehensive assessment of employment and training needs, as well as a basic skills assessment.

By participating in CCMEP or the E.D.G.E. program, you can benefit from a range of services that match your needs and goals, such as:

- Getting your high school diploma or equivalent

- Finding a job or internship that suits your skills and interests

- Gaining work experience and learning new skills

- Accessing supportive services like child care, transportation, and driver's license assistance

- Developing life and job readiness skills including leadership activities

- Financial literacy

How to Apply to see if you are eligible: Speak with your school counselor in Morrow County to request a CCMEP/E.D.G.E. application or pick one up at Morrow County Job & Family Services, Ohio Means Jobs-Morrow County at 619 W. Marion Road, Mount Gilead, OH 43338, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
