Non-Emergency Transportation

The Morrow County Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) Plan provides gasoline vouchers to eligible Medicaid recipients in order to travel to and from Medicaid appointments. A voucher for gasoline may be provided to the Medicaid consumer to present to the Mount Gilead Duke & Duchess Gas Station, who in turn will furnish the amount of gasoline specified on the voucher.

Gas Vouchers are issued on a reimbursement basis. The recipient will be required to take a NET verification form to the doctor/facility to be validated. 

Gas Vouchers must be requested within ten (10) working days from the date of the Medicaid Appointment. Morrow County Job and Family Services limits the number of vouchers that can be issued per day, per family, and per month.

NET Gas Voucher requests, along with verification of appointment, will be accepted via fax, mail, agency customer service window or in the agency drop box, located in the Morrow County Job and Family Services parking lot.  NET vouchers will be mailed to the client within 7 -10 business days.
