Work Participation Requirements

A work-eligible individual who is a single custodial parent (or specified relative in need) in the family with a child < age 6
129 hours per month
(30 hours average per week)
- A work-eligible individual (includes specified relative in need) and at least one minor child
- A work-eligible individual (includes specified relative in need) and the only minor child(ren) receives SSI, Adoption Assistance, or Foster Care Maintenance
- A work-eligible woman in at least the 6th month of pregnancy with no other eligible children
- Two work-eligible individuals and at least one minor child when one of the individuals is disabled.
151 hours per month (35 hours average per week)
