129 hours per month 1) A work-eligible individual (includes specified relative in need) and at least one minor child 2) A work-eligible individual (includes specified relative in need) and the only minor child(ren) receives SSI, Adoption Assistance, or Foster Care Maintenance 3) A work-eligible woman in at least the 6th month of pregnancy with no other eligible children 4) Two work-eligible individuals and at least one minor child when one of the individuals is disabled. |
Two-Parent Participation Rate Requirement – 90% of AG's with two work-eligible individuals must meet the applicable required average weekly hours of participation:
151 hours per month (35 hours average per week)
**if no federally-funded child care received
237 hours per month (55 hours average per week)
** if receiving federally-funded child care
(1) Two work-eligible individuals and at least one minor child
(2) Two work-eligible individuals when the only child(ren) receives SSI,
Adoption Assistance or Foster Care Maintenance
*One of the parents in a two work-eligible AG needs to participate at the 129 hours per month (30 hours average per week) standard above to be included in the
50 % all family rate determination.*
