The Morrow County Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) Plan provides gasoline vouchers to eligible Medicaid recipients in order to travel to and from Medicaid appointments. A voucher for gasoline may be provided to the Medicaid consumer to present to the Mount Gilead Duke & Duchess Gas Station, who in turn will furnish the amount of gasoline specified on the voucher.

Gas Vouchers are issued on a reimbursement basis. The recipient will be required to take a NET verification form to the doctor/facility to be validated. Once the form has been completed, with a signature of a medical provider, the voucher will be processed.

Gas Vouchers must be requested within five (5) working days from the date of the Medicaid Appointment. Morrow County Job and Family Services limits the number of vouchers that can be issued per day, per family, and per month.

Gas Vouchers can be requested and picked up on the same day, at the customer service window at Entrance B, Lower Level, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

If the Medicaid consumer does not have transportation, they may request to use Morrow County Area Transit (MCAT). For more details, contact our office at (419) 947-9111.
