"Our mission is to provide eligible Morrow County residents the highest quality professional services - medical, financial, and supportive - creating the opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency and strengthen families."


The Morrow County Department of Job & Family Services has been serving the residents of Morrow County for many years, by administrating public assistance programs of the state and federal government, investigating complaints of suspected child abuse and neglect, and providing needed supportive services.

Services are available to any resident of Morrow County. Income and resources limitations may apply for programs and services based on economic need. Appointments are scheduled for on-going assistance; walk-ins are welcome for information, referral, or emergency needs.

Staff, foster parents, consultants and volunteers are expected to maintain confidentiality of current and former clients and their records and information. This means information about the client and his/her situation will not be shared with others except those working on the service team serving the client and the supervisor(s) of the staff, foster parent, consultant or volunteer.
